Order Processing Time

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days after placing the order (business days do not include weekends or public holidays). During sales periods, peak seasons, and public holidays, delivery times and order processing times may be extended. All orders are subject to product availability and payment authentication. Delivery times take effect on the business day following the order. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

 

Customs Fees

Orders placed from countries outside the European Union may be subject to the payment of import duties and VAT. Import duties and taxes are not included in the order price or in the shipping costs. These fees are your responsibility and may be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery in your country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these fees may be.

 

Unexpected Circumstances

The delivery times indicated at the time of order acceptance are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed and failure to deliver or ship within the expected timeframes shall not engage our liability, nor give rise to any obligation to pay compensation or late penalties, nor justify the cancellation of the order. These timeframes are only estimated delivery times and both national and international orders may be subject to delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
